The Éclair label

The Label Éclair was created to provide a simple and transparent overview of the quality of recharging facilities at campsites listed on Camping in an electric car.

Inspired by the best practices of sustainable tourism and electric mobility, this label evaluates each establishment on a scale of 1 to 5 lightning bolts, based on the comfort and services offered to passengers.

Clear, precise criteria

L'évaluation prend en compte plusieurs critères essentiels : le nombre et la puissance des bornes, leur accessibilité, leur signalétique et les services associés. Elle distingue également les infrastructures selon qu'elles sont communes à tous les campeurs, réservées aux clients ou individuelles sur emplacement ou en location. Ainsi, chaque camping est jugé de manière équitable et précise, quelle que soit sa configuration.

1 lightning bolt : le camping dispose au minimum d'un point de recharge adapté permettant de charger un véhicule électrique ou hybride.

2 lightning bolts: several kiosks are available, including at least one semi-rapid one, along with the first practical services.

3 lightning bolts: recharging capacity is enhanced, with more charging stations, higher power and additional services (e.g. cable loans, multilingual information).

4 lightning bolts: charging convenience becomes optimal, with a significant number of charging stations, modern equipment, clear signage and a strong commitment to environmental responsibility.

5 lightning bolts: l'excellence. Le camping offre une expérience haut de gamme avec des bornes rapides, des espaces abrités et des services dédiés pour profiter pleinement du temps de recharge.
